For those of you looking for some inspiration this week, please look no further than my sister Ginny Swearingen. This past weekend she finished her SECOND half marathon this year. And she only started running this summer!

Oh my goodness. I'm in your blog. I think I'm gonna cry. Tim you totally made my day, and don't let him fool you people...Tim is the reason I started running. If it wasn't for Tim I would have never even thought about running. He is why I now own one of the above pictured medals. He's the best! Love you too!
